Musician and composer Justin Grounds is starting a new series of Musical Coffee Mornings for family carers this November.
Taking place in Skibbereen Community and Family Resource Centre, this workshop series will offer family carers and companions the opportunity to connect and be creative with music. Listening to songs, reading poems, and sharing stories over a cup of tea or coffee, the workshops are relaxed and welcoming. No previous musical experience is necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind!
