The delivery of the programme is through an Arts for Health artistsʼ team which is managed by West Cork Arts Centre. They have established a close, professional working relationship with the staff and management of each care setting. The artists, each with distinctly different practices, have developed their professional expertise in working with older people and numerous individual and collaborative projects have been undertaken since it began in 2005.

The 2017 Arts for Health artistsʼ team comprises Liz Clark, Sharon Dipity, Justin Grounds, Fiona Kelleher, Tess Leak, Toma McCullim, Sarah Ruttle and Colm RooneyGuests include Helle Helsner, Marie Laure Haas, Janet Murran, Susan MacManamon, Fiona Power, Imna Pavon, Anne Harrington Rees and Maurice Seezer.
