The Ladders Were Reaching

Stimulated by a recurring symbol from the artists own work and that of a regular participant, the group used pen and ink a familiar medium from school days to draw ladders. Using pen and nibs proved to be easier for participants to use than a biro and so allowing the process to unfold freely. The group discussed what the ladders could mean, what they could be used for and to where they were reaching.
