A new series of creative workshops for family carers starts this February at Uillinn West Cork Arts Centre!
Arts for Health artist Sarah Ruttle will deliver six-fortnightly sessions aimed at offering carers an opportunity to take a moment for themselves, connect with others providing care at home, and explore their own creativity in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

This is a free workshop series but booking is essential. Please email info@westcorkartscentre.com or call us on 028 22090 to secure your spot. If you are thinking of coming along, you can talk through any ideas, thoughts or concerns with the facilitators before your visit.
Sarah Ruttle is a visual artist and experienced facilitator, who has been part of the Arts for Health team since 2008. Based in West Cork, she creates work using illustration, print, and paper art.
The Creative Carers Programme provides enjoyable social and creative engagement opportunities for family carers in West Cork. Managed by Uillinn West Cork Arts Centre as part of Arts for Health Partnership, the service is delivered by a team of expert artists and musicians welcoming all people who provide care for a family member in their home across West Cork.
