Artist Tess Leak attended the session, “A thoroughly engaging and heart-warming session. I came away more confident and equipped to be present with people during our sessions when difficult things come up. ” Many thanks, Tess

At the end of the session is was clear everyone felt more equipt, and were supported and inspired with ideas to go forward. Thanks to our guest Breffni, who drove all the way to West Cork from Dublin to share his wealth of knowledge and support.
