CREATIVE CARERS at Uillinn is back for a second series. Artist Sarah Ruttle delivers six creative workshops for at-home family carers on Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm to 7.30pm. The new term begins on 9 November and runs to 14 December. You can come along for a second term or start as new. The sessions are free to attend and no previous art experience is necessary.
The workshops take an informal and relaxed approach to exploring creativity for anyone who cares for an older person at home. This is a supported and creative space where each participant can explore their own ideas. The creative workshops are an opportunity to take a moment for yourself, share in a cuppa while making and connecting with others providing care. Guest artists, studio and gallery tours form part of the programme.
