COVID_19 announcement

As you all know by now our Taoiseach, has announced measures to contain the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) inclusive of the closure of all State-run cultural institutions. These measures will come into effect from 6pm this evening until 29 March.

In light of this, we are closing the galleries, suspending all public activities, including workshops and talks until 29th March. Studios will remain open for the use of Artists in Residence in their work practice. Arts for Health programme will respond to HSE directives, and will adhere to maintainingall safety measures to protect our most vunerable participants, staff and artists.

We appreciate the difficulty and disappointment faced in having to cancel planned activities but it is important to work together and prioritise the wellbeing of everyone.  Meanwhile, we will work  to reschedule and reinvent where possible.

If you have any particular queries or concerns arising from this closure,  staff are still at work and available to help. Please make contact by email rather than calling in.
